DESCRIPTION

The ''Sunday 5pm Masterpiece Birth Time Slot'' is an anime slot broadcast on 28 MBS/TBS stations nationwide that has brought classic anime such as ''Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2'' and the ''Mobile Suit Gundam'' series to the world, and is back for the first time in five years. This is the latest installment in the Mobile Suit Gundam series, featuring the first female protagonist in a TV series and a school setting, and is a work that is conscious of new fans. As a result, it became a hot topic that dominated Twitter trends after each episode, and the opening theme song ''Blessings'' by YOASOBI was also a big hit. The second season will be broadcast from April 2023. The music is by Omama Takashi, one of the busiest composers today, who has worked on popular works such as Netflix's ''Asakusa Kid,'' as well as four movies including ''Akira to Akira'' and five dramas including ''My Family'' in 2022.
