How does one listen to The Spooky Scary Band? At night, in the woods. Or in a dark room while the wind howls outside. Perhaps while “praying”, or while doing other, quiet things. Or, with eyes covered in leaves, while lying in the mud on a chilly, October evening.

These are not songs, exactly. But also they are not pure soundscapes. They are sonic dreams... and nightmares.

The Spooky Scary Band are not a traditional “band”. They do not play “clubs” or “bars”. If you hear them in the wild, it means you’ve ventured somewhere you should not be. If you see them, moving through the grasping branches of silhouetted trees, do not approach. Hide and stay completely still. And pray they do not see you.
