Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
